Product Usage
The special valve for liquefied gas is a forced sealing valve, so when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve flap to force the sealing surface to not leak. When the medium enters the valve from below the clapper, the resistance to be overcome by the operating force is the friction force of the valve stem and the packing and the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium. The diameter should be large, otherwise the failure to bend the valve stem will occur.
Installation Requirements
1. The inner cavity of the special valve for liquefied gas should be cleaned before installation, and the defects caused during transportation should be removed;
2. Fully add lubricating oil before commissioning the various lubrication parts of the liquefied gas special valve transmission device;
3. The installation of the special valve for liquefied gas should keep the butterfly valve drive shaft in a horizontal state and the piston valve vertically upward;
4. The special valve for liquefied gas should be tested for the transmission device before use to keep the various functions of the transmission device intact, and the limit stroke and over-torque protection control are reliable;
5. Before starting the electric device, you should carefully read the manual provided with the electric device.
Product parts and materials
1. After using the special valve for liquefied gas, it is necessary to regularly observe the opening and closing operation status, and find the problem and deal with it in time;
2. Add lubricating oil regularly to maintain good lubrication conditions of all moving parts;
3. After using for a period of time, if you find that the piston of the liquefied gas special valve is not closed tightly, you should check and replace the piston ring.
