Q361F type PN1.6-PN2.5 fully welded ball valves are widely used in various fields. Its superior quality and high performance stability are unattainable by ordinary cast steel ball valves. The service life of fully welded ball valves is much longer than that of cast steel. Ball valves , fully welded ball valves are widely used in various types of pipeline equipment such as city gas, city heating, petrochemical industry, shipbuilding, steel, pressure regulating station, power plant and so on.
【Features】
1. Fully welded ball valve , there will be no external leakage and other phenomena. The processing of the sphere is tracked by an advanced computer detector, so the processing accuracy of the sphere is high.
2. Since the material of the valve body is the same as the material of the pipeline, there will be no uneven stress or deformation due to earthquakes and vehicles passing through the ground, and the pipeline is resistant to aging.
3. The sealing ring body is made of 25% Carbon (carbon) RPTFE material to ensure no leakage (0%)
【skills requirement】
- Design and manufacture according to API 6D.
- The inspection and testing of valves are in accordance with the provisions of API 598.
- The structural length of the valve is in accordance with GB / T12224-2005.
- The connection size is in accordance with GB / T12224-2005.
- The pressure-temperature reference is in accordance with ASME B16.34.
- Valve markings are in accordance with GB / T12220.
- Valve sulfur resistance according to NACE MR 0175 regulations.
