Q361F PN1.6-PN2.5 all-welded ball valve is widely used in various fields. Its superior quality and high-performance stability can not be achieved by ordinary cast steel ball valve. Product Usage

Features

1. Fully welded ball valve, there will be no external leakage and other phenomena. The processing of the sphere is tracked by an advanced computer detector, so the processing accuracy of the sphere is high.

2. Since the material of the valve body is the same as the material of the pipeline, there will be no uneven stress or deformation due to earthquakes and vehicles passing through the ground, and the pipeline is resistant to aging.

3. The sealing ring body is made of 25% Carbon (carbon) RPTFE material to ensure no leakage (0%).

Skills Requirement

1. Design and manufacture according to API 6D.

2. The inspection and test of the valve shall be in accordance with API 598.

3. The structural length of the valve is in accordance with GB / T12224-2005.

4. The connection size is in accordance with GB / T12224-2005.

5. The pressure-temperature reference is in accordance with ASME B16.34.

6. The valve marking shall be in accordance with GB / T12220.

7. The sulfur resistance of the valve is in accordance with the regulations of NACE MR 0175.
